If you need to export your data - Perfect Wiki offers the option of exporting data per channels!
Channel Backup
To do so:
- Hit the settings sign next to the channel name (the one you'd like to export)
- Choose ‘Backups’
- Choose backup to HTML or PDF format
Scheduled Backups
On the Enterprise level of the Perfect Wiki subscription you can set Scheduled Backups as well.
- Go to Channel Settings→ Backups
- Set the frequency of your backup (monthly/weekly/never)
- Choose the format (HTML/PDF)
- From the drop down choose the email where the archive with the backup will be sent
These settings will be saved as default for the chosen channel, unless you'd like to alter them. In such a way you'll get the updated copy of your knowledge base on a regular basis.
Downloading a page
If you'd like to export or download a single page, hit ‘Download’ on the right side toolbar. After that choose PDF or HTML format of your document.
