If you can't get through the sign-in screen and you don't see any errors then this guide is for you. There are two things that you could try to do.
1. Do a sign-out
A possible solution is to sign out from Perfect Wiki and sign-in back again.
- Click on your name in the right top corner (see screenshot below)
- Select Sign Out
- In the sign-in screen login with your correct account
2. Clear admin roles associated with your account
If you have several Microsoft accounts (personal and work/school) associated with one email address that can cause disturbance in authentication with Perfect Wiki or some other Microsoft services. This problem arises due to Microsoft Active Directory caching issues.
Here are the steps to fix the issue:
- Open Active Directory Admin Center
- Remove all admin roles associated with your account (except Global Admin)
- Try to sign-in again
3. Clear Cookies and Cache
Another option is to clear cache and cookies in your browser and Microsoft Teams.
I you fail to sign in via the web version of Perfect Wiki - clear all the cookies the way it's done in your particular browser.
