We added โVersionsโ tab (on the right side tool bar) that stores previous versions of each page. Versions appear as soon as you start editing and adding content your page.
We store:
- Last 365 versions of the page for any plan
So, if some of your data was altered or accidentally deleted or you just think that previous page version was better you can any time go to a previous version.
To go to the earlier versions:
- Click โVersionsโ tab
- Scroll through the versions the page has (it also contains the date and the author of the changes, so you can track that)
- Choose the version you need
- Hit โRestore to this versionโ button
After that your page will be restored to its earlier version. You'll also see the highlighted changes, so you'll get to know what was altered.
