In Perfect Wiki we have a page 'Verification' feature. This feature is super useful if you have some pages that need to be reviewed on schedule. For example, once in a quarter or annually.
🔷 Verified pages will have a special green tag “Verified”, it will be displayed in Perfect Wiki admin panel and in the reader view. Hover on the “Verified” tag in the admin panel to get additional information about verification (who verified the page & when verification expires).

🔷 When verification expires Perfect Wiki automatically replaces “Verified” tag with “Verification Expired” tag. To get additional information on when the verification has expired and who was the last verifier you could hover on the tag in Perfect Wiki admin panel.

🔷 Page owners get an email when a page needs to be verified again, and admins see these pages in the weekly report.
Who gets notified and when
- Page owners, on Tuesdays: a verification reminder listing their pages whose verification ends within 7 days, and pages that became unverified in the past week. A page that stays unverified comes up again after 4, 13, 26, 39 and 52 weeks, then the reminders stop. Each owner gets at most one reminder a week, with pages grouped by knowledge base and a link to their pages that need a check.
- Page owners, a few minutes after a change: an email when someone else verifies a page, revokes its verification, edits it or deletes it. If an edit reset the page's verification, the email says so. Changes made within a few minutes of each other come in one email.
- Admins, on Fridays: the weekly report shows the pages with expired verification in each knowledge base, and the pages that are unverified or expire soon but have no owner.
Pages without an owner get no reminders. Give the pages you verify an owner so someone keeps them up to date: 👥 Page Owners

Important Note: To verify a page you need to have admin or editor role.
- Open a page that you would like to verify in Perfect Wiki admin panel.
- Click on the “Verification” tab at the top of the page.
Select the “Verification” expire date.

To list all pages with “Verified” status:
- In Perfect Wiki admin panel open “Reports” and go to the Verification tab.

- Click Filters

How to list all pages with will expire soon?
To list all pages with “Will Expire Soon" status:
- In Perfect Wiki admin panel open “Reports” and go to the Verification tab.

Apply Expiring Soon filter to get the list of all pages with the verification due soon
The page gets ‘Expire Soon’ status one month prior to the verification expiration date.
