๐Ÿ”นTo limit editor access for the whole knowledge base:

  1. Click on the โš™๏ธ sign next to the intended knowledge base name and open Settings
  2. Choose โ€˜Restrict Pages Editingโ€™ tab and choose if you want all Admins and Editors to have editing rights, or create a Custom Access List for a particular knowledge base

Users who are restricted in editing rights can't:

  1. Delete a page
  2. Update a page
  3. Create or share public link to the page
  4. Update or delete tags

Users with read-only access can:

  1. View the page
  2. Leave comments
  3. Download/Export a page
  4. Copy and share private link to the page

You can as well Lock editing for particular pages and certain users inside one knowledge base, see more on granular controls here ๐Ÿ”‘ Editing Rights at Page Level
