Perfect Wiki offers customizing access settings on the  knowledge base basis right inside the app. As default settings, we offer that all Admins, Editors and Readers can view the information inside.

Later on, admin-users are able to customize the user-list per  knowledge base.

โš ๏ธ Admins can view all the  knowledge bases.

To set access to your pages inside a knowledge base:

  1. Click โš™๏ธ next to the  knowledge base name โ†’  knowledge base Settings
  2. Open the tab โ€˜Pages Access Controlโ€™ and choose from drop down the user-category that will be granted access to the intended  knowledge base:

๐Ÿฆธโ€โ™‚๏ธ How can I control who can access pages in my knowledge base?

โš ๏ธ Previously default โ€˜Access Rights Inherited from Microsoft Teamsโ€™ option will be sunset soon. We recommend switching all  knowledge bases to new default โ€˜Admins and Editors and Readersโ€™.
