In Perfect Wiki we pay special attention to the data security and privacy.
Is my data stored on SharePoint?
No, in Perfect Wiki we do not use SharePoint as a data storage resource. Unfortunately SharePoint is very limited hosting platform, thus in order to provide the best user experience possible we use Google Cloud PaaS.
So where does Perfect Wiki store my data?
To keep our customers' data safe, we opt for a Google Cloud PaaS. Google Cloud is taking care of keeping our software and hardware within vendor support. Google Cloud is responsible for ensuring that our software and hardware are up to date with the latest security patches and updates, as well as providing ongoing maintenance and support.
On all subscription plans (except Enterprise), we store your data on our servers using Google Cloud platform. We have several locations: US, Central Europe (Ireland and Germany) and we automatically choose the server closest to the user.
On the Enterprise plan, customer could manually select a location where his data will be stored.
