Do I need a paid user license for every user of my MS teams?

The number of licenses you need should equal the number of your Perfect Wiki users you wish to have: editors and readers. An editor has the ability to add/edit/delete the content and readers can only view the data and leave comments to the pages. So, not if not al your MS Team users require Perfect Wiki access - you can choose the exact number of licenses needed.
