🧑‍🤝‍🧑 How to add new users to your Perfect Wiki account?

After you purchased the license for your new users, there are 2 ways of adding/inviting them to your Perfect Wiki account:

🔹Auto-Join

To enable the auto-join function go to: Settings → Users.

🧑‍🤝‍🧑 How to add new users to your Perfect Wiki account?

After doing so, any member of your Microsoft Teams team will be able to enter Prefect Wiki account, by clicking on the tab and signing in with their credentials. They by default will be granted reader roles, that can be later on managed by the admin.

🔹Invite Users

You can choose specific users, who you want to join your Perfect Wiki account. 

To invite new permanent users or guest users: 

  1. Go to Settings → Users
  2. Type in the email of the team member you need to add
  3. Click ‘Invite User’

    🧑‍🤝‍🧑 How to add new users to your Perfect Wiki account?

    After that - the user would be added to the list with the Reader role. The team member will get the Invite with the sign-in link via email.
