In Perfect Wiki you can overview the pages in form of a list or cards:

In both modes you can:
Apply filters to the pages inside a knowledge base or a folder to see your team's templates, search for tags, view published, verified and unverified pages, as well as those that will expire soon. You can also see the list of pages with custom editing rights.
Add subpage to a chosen structure
- Copy links for sharing pages
- Filter pages by title
If you're using the mode with cards:
- You can as well drag-drop pages to change the structure order (it will be mirrored in the tree of content on the left)
This way you can only change the pages order on one level. Moving a page into another folder is not possible in the interface, it is to be done via ‘Add subpage’ functionality or in the tree of content on the left-hand side menu. 📑 How to create a Folder?
