Reports is the Perfect Wiki analytics showing the performance of your knowledge bases. Reports display the summary of the knowledge base activity for the last 7 days, or you can choose reports from previous weeks to track the changes.
Reports information is available to the Admins only.
In the summary tab the Admins get some ideas suggestions based on the performance of the knowledge base, search and ChatBot queries. These are listed in the Knowledge Gaps section. This section presents ideas for new knowledge base articles that can be added to your knowledge base.
Reports are created separately for each of the knowledge bases. You can use the drop-down menu to switch among the knowledge bases.
You can as well find detailed information on other aspects of your knowledge base.
