ChatBot Queries tab allows you to track the AI requests that were made to your knowledge base and also lists the queries that remained unanswered. You can download the analytics on your ChatBot queries as a CSV file. The requests can be tracked on custom periods, from the last 7 days to 90 days.
90-days analytics are available on the ENTERPRISE plan only.
You can as well see who asked the question and when the query was made. The analytics also groups the requests by user, so you are able to review the whole conversation.
