In order to create a knowledge base, you're to have Admin rights. That can be checked in Settings. See Roles for more information. After that you're ready to create your knowledge base.
To add a new knowledge base to your Perfect Wiki in the web version in the browser:
- Open the drop down menu of your knowledge bases
Click ‘Add Knowledge Base’
Give your knowledge base a name and hit ‘Create’
You'll be immediately redirected to the newly created knowledge base and it will be added to the list of your existing ones
