🛑 How to restrict public access to a knowledge base?

1. Open your knowledge base

2. Click “Knowledge Base Settings”

3. Click "Pages Access Control".

4. Select any option you need (e.g. Only Admins, Editors and Admins etc.) accept the option ‘Anyone on the Internet who has a Link’

5. After that your knowledge base will become internal and only authorized users will have access to the data inside
