In order to create a knowledge base, you're to have Admin rights. That can be checked in General Settings. See Roles for more information. After that you're ready to create your knowledge base.
How to create a knowledge base?
To add a new knowledge base:
Open the drop down menu of your knowledge bases and click ‘Add Knowledge Base’
- Click ‘Add to Channel’
Hit ‘Open’
Then choose a team and channel where Perfect Wiki should be added and click ‘Go’
After that hit ‘Save’ button and you'll be redirected to the Perfect Wiki tab, the new knowledge base will appear on your list
