 In order to create a knowledge base, you're to have Admin rights. That can be checked in Settings. See Roles for more information. After that you're ready to create your  knowledge base.

How to create a  knowledge base?

Variant 1

To add a Perfect Wiki knowledge base:

  1. Choose the Team and channel, where you'd like to add Perfect Wiki, from your list.
  2. In the top Row you'll see a “+” button, click it to add a Perfect Wiki tab.

  3. Please, choose Perfect Wiki from the list.
  4. Click the “Save” button.

Variant 2

To add a new knowledge base to the list of existing:

  1. Open the drop down menu of your knowledge bases and click ‘Add Knowledge Base’

  3. Hit ‘Open’

  4. Then choose a team and channel where Perfect Wiki should be added and click ‘Go’

  5. After that hit ‘Save’ button and you'll be redirected to the Perfect Wiki tab, the new knowledge base will appear on your list
