By default every Editor/Admin user gets 100 AI Bot requests/month. These requests are used as a shared pool for the whole organization.
If your organization hits the limit, you will see the following response to your queries: ‘Whoops, it looks like your organization hit the limit of queries. Try again later, or contact us at [email protected] to increase your limits.’
How to increase the limit of AI Bot requests?
To upgrade the AI Bot requests count - go to Billing → ChatBot Requests and hit ‘Buy Extra Requests’
The pricing for additional AI Bot requests is USD for 1,000 requests, one-time payment.
Additional AI Bot requests is a one-time purchase - requests do not renew monthly.
