In Perfect Wiki you can find all internal updates, as well as product news in the Updates Feed. This way you can keep track of all the pages posted and altered.
Updates Feed is available in the Editor and Reader modes.
To check out the Feed, just click the 🔔 button at the top right corner next to your username:
