Could you try these:
1. Open https://api.perfectwiki.xyz/api directly. It should return a short block of text. If it hangs or shows a block page, that confirms a network-level block.
2. Ask your IT team to allow api.perfectwiki.xyz, app.perfectwiki.xyz, read.perfectwiki.xyz and all *.perfectwiki.xyz domains through your firewall or web filter.
3. Clear cached files and cookies for perfectwiki.xyz, reload with Ctrl+F5, then try an InPrivate window with extensions disabled.
