If you use Perfect Wiki through a channel tab/ Microsoft Teams channel, you can open the Knowledge Bot in the same workspace inside the โPostsโ tab of the Microsoft Teams Channel, where Perfect Wiki is installed to.
The Knowledge Bot will provide you with the answer based on the content uploaded into this particular Perfect Wiki knowledge base/channel.
To ask a question from the Knowledge Bot:
Type โ@โ symbol and then โPerfect Wikiโ, choose the tool from the drop down list

- Ask you question or type in your query afterwards and hit โPostโ

How to flag the AI Bot answer?
- If you have the ๐ซ Ticketing feature enabled, the AI Bot will also offer the option of Flagging the answer, meaning that you'll be able to submit a feedback or ask more questions on the received reply.

- This will prompt you to the ticket form, where all the necessary information (your initial query, chatbot answer and follow-up message from the ticket) will be collected
- The ticket will be prompted to the designated email for further discussion or investigation
What should I do if the answer was not found?
If you have the ๐ซ Ticketing system enabled and the answer to your question was not found, you'll see the button to Contact Support/Open the Ticket

This will prompt to you the feedback window where you'll be able to ask your questions. The ticket will be forwarded to the designated user's email for further discussion and investigation.
