How to add email domains for seamless entry?
- If a user with a new email domain enters your Perfect Wiki organization via Microsoft Teams, the new domain is added to the organization
- If the Admin sends the invite to a user with a different email domain. The user opens the invitation email and signs in with the invited email address, then their domain is added to the list
If the user's email domain is a public one (e.g. gmail.com or yahoo.com), those domains won't be added to the list of organization domains.
Where to find the list of approved domains?
The list of approved domains is visible to the Admins in Settings → Organization → Approved Email Domains
Also, you can find the list of registered domains in Invite Users tab
How to delete an approved domain?
To delete a previously approved domain, any Admin user should got to Settings → Organization → Approved Email Domains and click the Remove button accross the intended domain
