This happens due to the Microsoft policies for 3rd parties apps using AI.
AI requests for content that are 'potentially sensitive or offensive or that advocates discrimination, hatred, or violence based on membership in a particular racial, ethnic, national, linguistic, religious, or other social group, or based on a person's gender, age, or sexual orientation' are marked as inappropriate and do not give any results.
