Perfect Wiki sends email notifications from the @perfectwiki.com domain. If you didn't receive an entry code, check your spam folder. Please, check if the domain isn't blocked as well.
We also recommend:
1. Checking if the email address is spelt correctly
3. Ensuring that no firewalls are blocking external domains
4. Trying to sign in with your Microsoft or Google credentials
If none of this helps, check if you face the same issue on MS Teams and the web version.
