You can print pages from the Perfect Wiki Reader Mode. The Print button is located at the top of each Perfect Wiki page:
Printing from the Editor Mode is not directly supported, but you can download a PDF of the page and print it afterwards. For details see How to Download a Page from Perfect Wiki?
