If you want to create a copy o the existing page/duplicate it here's how to do it:
- Open the page you want to duplicate
- Click ‘…’next to the Start/Finish editing button
Hit ‘Duplicate page’
- A copy of your page will be added to the same knowledge base and you'll be able to see in the list of pages
Duplicated pages do not mirror the changes from one of the articles. After being duplicated - they function as two fully independent entries of your knowledge base.
