How can I find and access the settings in the application?

Perfect Wiki has two settings screens:

• General Settings cover your account and the whole organization. Tabs: My account, Organization, Users, AI Chatbot, Ticketing, Knowledge Bases, Integrations, Backups, Billing, Danger Zone.
• Knowledge Base Settings cover one knowledge base. Tabs: Appearance, Share & Embed, Attachments, SharePoint Sources, API Access, Pages Access Control, Lock Pages Editing, Export, Transfer Pages, Danger Zone.

To open General Settings of your Perfect Wiki organization:

1. Click on your name in top right-hand corner 

2. Go to General Settings 

   

If you need to access Knowledge Base Settings click Knowledge Base Settings on the left hand side menu, above the tree of content

You can also open them with the edit icon next to the knowledge base name, or from General Settings → Knowledge Bases → Settings next to the knowledge base.
