Now you can synchronize your SharePoint folders with Perfect Wiki and search across those files via the Perfect Wiki AI Agent.
To enable the SharePoint Synchronization:
1. Open the settings for the knowledge base that you want to use for synchronizing files
2. Choose SharePoint Sources tab and click 'Connect SharePoint Folder'
Or you can just click Connect SharePoint Folder button in the overview section of your knowledge base
3. After that Perfect Wiki AI Bot will be able to index those files so you could search across them via Perfect Wiki. AI Bot will provide you with the links for the files, so you'll be able to view them in Perfect Wiki
4. SharePoint folder will be synced with Perfect Wiki every 24 hours automatically
5. You can manually trigger the sync at any time by clicking the three dots across the Documents folder → Sync Now
6. Manual synchronization can be triggered through the settings as well, click on the 3 dots across the folder and hit Sync Now

If you want to increase the limit go to "General Settings" → “Billing” section to request the increase.
How to see the attached files?
You can find all the synchronized files in a folder Documents in the overview section of your knowledge base, this folder is also mirrored at the top of the tree on content on the left hand side menu:
The same folder can be found the Reader Mode of perfect Wiki:
In this folder you can see the preview for your XLSX, DOCX, TXT, MD and PPTX files, as well as open them directly in SharePoint.
This folder can't be moved across the pages structure or be renamed.
Another option to check all the synchronized files is through the settings tab:
- Go to Settings → SharePoint Source
Click on the 3 dots across the folder and hit View Files
- You'll be redirected to the list of synchronized files
After that you can see the preview for your XLSX, DOCX, TXT, MD and PPTX files, as well as open them directly in SharePoint
How to stop the synchronization?
To disable the sync, click on the three dots next to the Documents folder and hit Disable Sync
Another option to disable the synchronization is through the settings:
- Go to Settings → SharePoint Source
- Click on the 3 dots across the folder and hit Disable Sync
- After that your SharePoint folder connection will be disabled

Yes, all the files are encrypted end-to-end.
Are the files automatically deleted from Perfect Wiki index when removed from SharePoint?
Yes, if you delete your file from the SharePoint site - they're automatically removed from the Perfect Wiki index.
Are synchronized files removed from Perfect Wiki index if I delete the SharePoint folder Connection?
Yes, once the the synchronization is disabled your files are automatically deleted from the Perfect Wiki index.
