1. Scope & Merchant of Record
All payments for Perfect Wiki are processed by FastSpring, our Merchant of Record. This means FastSpring handles payment processing, invoicing, and applicable taxes.
By completing a purchase, you agree to FastSpring's Buyer Terms & Conditions.
Refunds are issued in accordance with both this Refund Policy and FastSpring's refund procedures.
2. Subscription & Auto-Renewal
- Perfect Wiki subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) unless cancelled.
- You can cancel any time before renewal via your FastSpring customer portal link (included in every invoice email).
- Cancelling stops future renewals but does not generate a refund for the remaining period — access continues until the end of your paid term.
3. Refund Eligibility
Perfect Wiki offers a 3-day refund window after your initial purchase, provided you meet the following conditions:
Refunds will be issued only if:
- You contact our support team within 3 days of purchase, and
- You have experienced a verified technical issue that prevents you from using the service as described (no access to the account, no content access for all the users etc.) and the tech team can't resolve these issues during the 30 business days period.
Refunds are not available for:
- Change of mind or lack of use.
- Forgetting to cancel before renewal.
- Plan downgrades or early cancellations.
- Issues caused by external factors (e.g., third-party integrations, Microsoft Teams permissions, or network restrictions outside our control).
All refund requests must include your FastSpring order ID and be submitted to hello@perfectwiki.com
4. Refund Process & Timing
- If your refund request meets the eligibility criteria, we’ll notify FastSpring to issue the refund.
- Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
- Credit/debit cards: typically within 3–5 business days
- PayPal: typically within 48 hours
- Paddle reserves the right to decline refunds that fall outside this policy or are deemed abusive.
5. No Prorated Refunds
We do not offer prorated refunds for unused portions of a billing period when you cancel mid-term. Your subscription remains active until the end of the period already paid for.
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, your account may be suspended.

7. Taxes & Exchange Rates
Refund amounts may differ slightly from the original charge due to:
- Currency conversion rates, or
- Adjustments in tax (VAT/GST) as calculated by FastSpring.
