Perfect Wiki works as an agent in Microsoft 365 Copilot. Ask questions and get answers from your team's pages, browse and read pages, and create or update pages without leaving Copilot. The agent comes with the Perfect Wiki app for Microsoft Teams, so there's nothing extra to install.

How to start
Open Copilot in Microsoft Teams, or go to m365.cloud.microsoft/chat.
- Click Get agents and search for Perfect Wiki, or use the Open Perfect Wiki in Copilot link above.
Click Add → Open in Copilot.
- The first time you ask something, sign in with your Perfect Wiki account and approve access: choose the knowledge bases and Read only or Read & Write.

FAQ
Do I need a Copilot license?
The agent runs in Microsoft 365 Copilot, so whether your team can use it depends on your Microsoft 365 Copilot license and on which agents your Microsoft 365 admin allows. On the Perfect Wiki side, any plan works.
Perfect Wiki doesn't show up in Copilot. What should I do?
Ask your Microsoft 365 admin to allow the Perfect Wiki app in the Teams admin center (Manage apps) or the Microsoft 365 admin center (Integrated apps).
Which pages can Copilot see?
Only pages you can access in Perfect Wiki, in the knowledge bases you approved when signing in.
Where do the answers come from?
Copilot writes answers from what Perfect Wiki returns for your request, under Microsoft's terms for Microsoft 365 Copilot. Perfect Wiki only returns pages you have access to.
