The first users who creates the Perfect Wiki account or activates the license will be set as admin and get the ability to set role permissions, all others users will have a reader role by default after entering Perfect Wiki for the first time. Later on, the admin can change roles.
During the free trial period all users joining via a seamless entry step in as Admins, on the paid plan - they join as readers.
If you invite a user - the role can be set at the invitation stage.
Once you get over a limit of users on any plan all new users will get a “Blocked” role and won't be able to access Perfect Wiki content.
