How to Create a Perfect Wiki Article from MS Teams Chat?

If you want to turn a message from your MS teams chat into a knowledge base article, here's how you can do it:

1. Open the intended MS Teams chat and click ‘…’ (three dots) next to the message

   

2. Choose 'Save to Perfect Wiki' and the message will be transformed into a Perfect Wiki page

3. Title or edit your article, choose the intended knowledge base and hit ‘Create page’

   

4. The page will be automatically added to your Perfect Wiki knowledge base
