If you want to turn a message from your MS teams chat into a knowledge base article, here's how you can do it:
Open the intended MS Teams chat and click ‘…’ (three dots) next to the message
- Choose 'Save to Perfect Wiki' and the message will be transformed into a Perfect Wiki page
Title or edit your article, choose the intended knowledge base and hit ‘Create page’
The page will be automatically added to your Perfect Wiki knowledge base
